Lovely people, up front and honest. The vehicles are in good condition and they email you a copy of the damage sheet as soon as you've gone through it with them so you know where you are before you've even set off. Decent prices for great service
The truck that was allocated to me was very dirty inside the cab. Including dog hairs, dust, empty cola bottles, crisp bags. Steering wheel was sticky from dirt as well as indicator switch etc. Mattress all stained and black like someone died on it. Worst experience ever. Your trucks are dirty FVTH!

Worst experience ever!!! I had a reservation for the 3rd February. When I was there, after paying 10GBP taxi they rejected to release the car cause I didn't have the original documents, which I had them but forgot them at home. Even showing the digital documents and asking to print them, they didn't want to. Moreover, instead keeping the car for me, they said to come back next day. The car would be available tomorrow bullshit 4th Feb: After 1 hour journey to reach there walking + bus when I arrive, they say: there's no cars available!!!! So they make me waste another day and 20 pounds more even when I had it booked. By the way, price doesn't include no excess CDW which I expected to have for the price I would pay. The only good thing: a young lady which helped me to call another car rental to try to sort out my situation. Appart from her, very awful staff.
