Have been here 3 times now and every time been met with great service! I took my car here yesterday for a check up as the car wasn't sounding too healthy and was told that a new alternator was required! As I had a long journey to do in a couple days time they ordered the part instantly and managed to fit it for me the next day, despite them being extremely busy that particular day! The service was seriously appreciated and the car is sounding perfect now! Many thanks.

Service here was so bad it not only put me off this particular garage but also off of using small independent garages in the future.  I have never had such appalling service in my life.  Staff are helpful when booking or taking your money but spend the rest of the time slagging off customers, other local businesses and are incredibly rude.  Grateful I got out of there with my car intact.

Have used ropers for numerous new tyres, never disappointed, quick, professional and decent guys.  Went in today to rectify a dodgy puncture repair that I had done in Wandsworth. Again quick and professional service. Great job and rectified a dangerous issue caused by another garage.  Genuinely nice people work at this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Hard to find garages these days that don’t try and rip you off. Ropers are certainly the most trustworthy garage I have ever used.  Will continue to use them. Very happy customer.

We took our motorhome here after we found the front tyre slowly loosing air. While we waited, they removed the type and checked it. We feared the worst but the guy said it was just the valve leaking and replaced.They could have told me it needed a new tyre. Great service in this day and age. A very inexpensive job instead of an expensive one. Well done Roper’s

Had a breakdown and needed someone to look at my car - phoned up and the guy said "yeah sure, bring it down and we'll have a look at it". 24 hours later no response so I phoned back and the guy said they couldn't deal with it because the bonnet wouldn't open and they couldn't start the car really?. I came down and offered to fix the lock and clear the faults so the car could start but wasn't having any of it, couldn't even look me in the eye. Now got to figure out how to get rid of the thing. Maybe good for tyres, don't even bother with repairs. Shambles.

Most arrogant and Rudest bunch of people ever. Asked for a continental tyre they didn’t seem to have. He Offered me a budget tyre. When i said no i rather have a premium the arrogant boy hung up the phone. Called few mins later someone else answered. Claiming he just walked in and has no idea what has happened. Explained to him, he said we can order your tyres. But when i said i like to know why your colleague is been rude he said I don’t know MATE and he hung up too. If that’s the type of service they offer i wouldn’t bother going there...

I took the car to Ropers to have the tracking adjusted. They put the gauges on it, went to adjust it, but found the track rod ends were seized too tight, and they said they needed to put it on the ramp to undo them, but they couldn't do that because another car was on a ramp waiting for a part. Fair enough.  I called again 3 weeks later to book it in for another attempt at tracking, explained what happened last time and asked if the ramp was free this time. They said no problem. Went there at the agreed time, the gentleman at the reception took one glance at the car and proclaimed they couldn't do it. When asked if he could explain why not, his response was a very terse "no".  On the basis of this experience, even 1 star seems too generous.

I visited here as it is local and I needed a puncture repaired...Unfortunately, although they were quick, the job was expensive and they didn't include a fresh balance in the price..preferring instead to chalkmark the tyre saying it would be OK...it wasn't. So they got my £20 but lost out on the business for new tyres.

Not impressed. I went there because of all the good reviews.  I called the day before to be told there are no appointments. I waited in reception, without acknowledgement listening to an employee slagging off his previous 3 customers before someone, a driving instructor and a regular  I assume, drove up and got served before me.  I left.

I suffered a flat tyre on the M25 near the M3 junction, and needed a replacement at short notice you can't travel far on a space saver spare. The guys at Roper's had a replacement ready by the time we arrived, fitted it and balanced it quickly, checked all my other tyres for similar damage for me, and offered use of their facilities to change out of wet clothes.  All done efficiently, with friendly service, a warm cuppa, and great prices - highly recommended.
