The low rating is not for the work done but how I was treated after. I went in to get two new premium back tyres, which wasn't cheap. As I was leaving the man gave me a form and insisted I needed two front tyres rather urgently and it needed levelling or something similar. ( I'm not a very technical person when it comes to cars, which he knew) i said I would take it away and have it checked. After this being checked by a professional it seems this was not the case. Im very disappointed that they tried to take advantage of me. I wonder how many other woman they have done that too.

After shopping around F1 had the best price, I had a slight scepticism due to F1 being a new company in Camberley. I decided to risk it, ordered online, and despite having an appointment there was still a wait. However, the staff were polite and helpful, did a good job (I've put a couple hundred miles on the new tyres without issue) and I drove away a happy customer. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Very knowledgeable and experienced staffs with friendly and professional customer service. The staff in charge showed great attention to detail and gave insight to the problems that the car had which normally you don't get from other autocentres. Highly recommended based on my experience.

Wow! Shocked at such a poor service!! I purchased two rear tyres (Deestone) from FO Autocentre Camberley and today wanted to replace two front tyres so I called the centre and the searched my car, Basically if you buy from their “BUDGET RANGE” they can not match the make. So I was told I should go to the website and try and “MATCH” my tyre tread? So now I am expected to be the expert?
All I wanted was simply to match four tyres use a service from a company I had previously thought provided a good service and todays experience was on of a company who just don’t give a dam about returning customers. Should read the case of “The Lifetime value of a customer”

hours to change front tyres... Guy doing it was about as useless as a cock flavoured lollipop and spent 99% of his time searching for his next wife on his phone by the looks of it! Spent more time watching his phone screen than he did working and at one point I was sure I was guna have to call a surgeon to have it surgically removed from his hand. Other guy did 4 cars in the time he took to check the last weeks worth of Facebook news! Oh, and the guy behind the counter wouldn’t let me be sick in his toilet. Rude.
