Visited Farnborough Gate to get 2 bulbs and new wipers fitted. Keith served me. Card machines went down just as I was paying nKeith remained calm and friendly throughout. I ended up paying by cash as the system had crashed nationally.n2 guys fitted my bulbs and wipers quickly and efficiently I'd been there a looong time.nThe branch was clearly under pressure due to their systems, but the staff that dealt with me were really professional.nWell done, I'm impressed.
Great service, booked Thursday evening to have blown side light lamps replaced 9am Friday morning. All done and away by 09.25. Reasonable price too.
Shocking customer service this morning. We purchased a car seat a few days ago and decided it would be a good idea to have a demonstration of how to strap it in safely Into the car. Appointment booked for 11.30am. We arrive on time.Female member of staff at the desk paying more attention to the phone before she speaks to us then proceeds to have someone go and get the car seat which is boxed. Explains they can’t do a demonstration in the car for H&S reasons, ask me to sign a form to say I have received it boxed and we agree to have the demo in store with one of their seats.Then she says we can move our car and show how to fit the demo seat in our car and that they won’t be a minute.nSo we stand around waiting and ten minutes later says he is coming in a minute… At 11.50 I go back over to the desk and talk to the male Member of staff who brought the box out because the female member at the desk was busy and he tells us that Hugo only starts at midday !!! I explain that we booked it online and clearly they know that but say it has nothing to do with them.I suggested that they should speak to someone in their organisation!That was that! Leaning on the counter, he couldn’t give a damn. We decided that was enough.nWhy didn’t they tell us when we arrived that they would not be doing anything at 11.30 because Hugo only comes in at Midday??nCustomer service at its worst.Need to hire some people who will pretend they care.
Very happy with the guy who fitted my battery and bulbs. Gave me lots of info and said I didn’t need the indicator bulbs which my garage said I did . So no wasted money
I went there to get help for my oil cap and without hesitation or any time wasting Ted and Liam got into action and helped me out. Their were professional and easy to talk to you and gave me a lot of tips and were super nice.
