Absolutely amazing service from the staff at Hawick, Kenny went above and beyond to help and managed to have our new car ready for us within 3 days. Can't praise these guys enough. Our new car is gorgeous and we'll never go anywhere else. Thank you all for being so brilliant.
Bought my daughter a car from here in the summer. Car was good in all fairness. However. Ron the salesman told me that he would give the car a full service before I collected. As a time served mechanic I obviously checked the oil upon collection to see that it hadn’t been changed. I also noticed that the fuel filter was old. I pointed this out to Ron and he said that the oil definitely had been changed and that they don’t replace the fuel filter on a full service? I asked to see the job sheet which is standard practice at any garage. After 10 minutes he returned with some paperwork that he’d obviously made up pointing out that they’d even replaced the spark plugs. I replied. Ron. It’s a 1.6 Diesel. Where do the plugs go? How awkward! Took the car home and serviced it myself. Seeing that the oil drain bolt hadn’t been out recently. Called and Sent photos but was just told it had been serviced. I wasn’t bothered that the car had y been serviced. It was just the fact that I was lied to. Avoid.
Amazing service from Ronnie at Tustain Motors Hawick! He went above and beyond to find us a deal within our budget and managed to find this deal within a few days! The paperwork was ready for us to sign when we visited the dealership making it a quick and easy process for us! The car was spotless when we picked it up, it had been topped up with petrol and adblue filled to the top! It's really nice to see people who really care about what they do and the service they provide! Couldn't recommend Tustain Motors enough!
I collected my car from this garage after having a service and a suspension arm replaced. The tracking was extremely off, so, I phoned the garage saying I felt the car was unsafe to drive. The response was extremely aggressive to the point of bullying tactics, the response was “well if you are not confident enough to drive the car what do you expect us to do about it?” So, I phoned the AA the AA came out and test drove the car and the response was “we will take the car to any garage you want. So, the car was transported to a dealer in Edinburgh and the car was repaired. The dealer that done the repair said the car was not safe to drive and said the tracking was so far off that they either did not bother to do the tracking or the wrong profile was used. This also cost me two new front tires. tustain motors Hawick gave me back a car that was not safe to drive.
Good service friendly staff
Excellent customer service Ronnie sorted everything getting me a new car at short notice and transport home and back again to pick it up. All taken care off so easily highly recommended these guys
Liked the place that much I bought a car
Great prompt service. Booked my Mokka's first MOT, arrived early but the car was taken into the workshop immediately. TV was put on for me and I watched the French Open Tennis with a lovely cup of coffee. Friendly chattie staff who could not do enough for me. Would thoroughly recommend a visit. Thanks again all. I would give this review zero stars as I was sold a faulty car. this was when it was the old Renault garage just before tustain took it over though as I'm a bit late with my review. but do believe it is the same staff that run the dealership so less than impressed.
Great friendly staff especially our salesman Ronnie who couldn't do enough for you. I'm very happy with my new car and would definitely recommend Tustain at Hawick for great customer service.
