Purchased a van from David and all seemed well but hadn't got home and the van developed a fault, David seemed some -what dismissive of the problem and attempt littleto resolve the issue.The Van then only 3 weeks later developed a serious clutch fault and i had to pay to repair in full out of my own pocket.
Seller now is ignoring my calls and letters to resolve and hoping i will go away, my intention is to take the matter further to be compensated

Excellent service , David was very friendly, not pushy like most car sales people, one of the best experiences buying a car I have had (and I have bought a lot of cars!) Highly recommend.

My wife and I took time off work and arranged a viewing of a vehicle were very interested in.  We even had a very large amount of cash to pay for it if we wanted it.  We arrived on time and waited 30 mins.  After this period we called !  The owner/sales person informed us that he had forgotten we were coming and was a few miles away.  He never even offered to return.  
To sum it up he probably lost out on £14,000 due to his poor business management and customer service.  We were very angry about the fact he could not be bothered.  If he has this attitude before you buy a car! imagine what it would be like if you bought one and have a problems with it. 
Not a way to run a business.
