I don’t feel safe with this GP who refused to give me a telephone appointment with the doctor for my 9week old baby who is suffering from cough and cold. All I wanted right information to look after him to prevent further complications and reduce my baby’s suffering at the earliest. Felt like they don’t have any concerns over it and the receptionist want me to get help from pharmacist for this baby not even three months.
All staff at the surgery over recent months have been very helpful polite and pleasant to deal with except for one little hiccup which was soon resolved.nKeep up with good service you are currently delivering
Everytimw I go I been seen by training staff who has to Google for evrything I think this is well outa of order as I don't even be treated for my problem they always send me back wit a reason some doctor wil call but nobody ever does I have a child who 1 years old single mother I've been sent home since Tuesday saying they would contact me I have over active tyroid which I think is really important that it is treated but nobody seems to care... I'd like to everyone to know this is what is happening to me.
Yesterday I have transferred from Furlong Medical Center to Tunstall Primary Care GP Practice.nmy appointment was at 5:45pm with a psychologist. I went there and waited my turn. There was one person in front of me in the waiting room. Then when the doctor called my name I entered his office, I didn't feel comfortable. He spoke quickly and did not give me enough time to talk about the problem I had had since I was a kids are . Then he opened the door and said goodbye to me. I felt a kind of discrimination. this is unbelievable. Is it possible to be a psychologist and treat patients in such a rude manner, knowing that the first psychologist at Furlong Medical Center was very professional, kind, and respectful Unfortunately, he was on vacation.
Receptions with blonde hair and glasses on her hair SO RUDE. Think these staff need some more training
