I now use this centre as my first port of call - despite being registered with a GP. Reception are approachable and have a great sence of humour. Triage, welcoming, decisive and efficient. Doctors, well they surprised me the most. Genuine empathy and a desire to resolve any issue, something not always picked up at medical school.

Decent service, friendly staff seen by triage within 10 mins and seen by a doctor within the hour. Can’t fault the service at all. Thank you!

I find it pretty hit and miss. My last experience was pretty good. Didn't wait too long which surprised me because I went few times before I waited soo long it made me worse because your not allowed to leave the building case your name is called. So I just take food now and my drink. Iv always found the receptionist nice. Its most of the nurses and docs can be really patronizing and rude. But I find that I just talk sharp when they do. Although they shouldn't talk to patients the way they do. I always end up with some meds for my kids which is hit and miss if it works or not. I only go if I can't get in at my docs.

Reception is very helpfull . Sad to hear doctor surgery is been closed just walk in servis is available.

Service has totally gone downhill since going walk in. Receptionists are rude and condescending, try to give stupid reasons for their made up rules and get offended when someone actually questions them up on it. Had to wait more than 3 hours to see a nurse for a skin burn because she decided to go on lunch. Can't even go outside the building for fresh air for 2 minutes during the 3 hours because of some made up health and safety regulations that the receptionists have failed for me to provide me with. I will recommend to go elsewhere for medical care.
