I wonder if the person who devised this pile of rubbish phone system has ever tried it. Three times cut off at 2nd position in queue. Seems Like a surgery change is in the offing.

Worst doctors ever can not get through on there new improved phone line...Staff are rude and unhelpfull all foreign doctors apart from Scott who is very abrupt gone down hill since Dr leese left

No more female doctors and they never answer the phone, I've been trying to book an appointment for weeks.

Is this place even open anymore? No one ever answers the phones I tried for an hour yesterday and half an hour this morning, last time I went in there were 3 people behind the desk, yeah makes sense to me too
