phone calls to pay the balance on a holiday today. Not one answered. Absolutely dreadful. If you read the other reviews, they tell the same story. So this is no "one off".

Awful customer service. Rang up the store to book a family holiday, they told me they would ring me back later that day. One day later and I am still waiting for them to ring back.

If there was an option for no stars I would defiantly choose it!
This is the first and last time we will ever be booking with Thompson! The customer service is disgusting! I have been ringing for the last 2 and a half hours and actually been on the phone to 'Tracy' for 01:51mins who hasn't actually spoke to me and instead has accepted the calls but has done bookings and enquiries with 5 different families! I can hear everything from the store. I can also hear another phone in the background ringing which is actually my partner trying to get through to speak to a manager! We go on holiday In less than two weeks and since we have paid for our holiday and excursions we have been unable to get hold of Trafford centre to send us any details! I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service at this store!!

Had to give one star as there is no option to give anything less. Emails from ourselves and Thomson head office have not been responded to. Phone calls promised have never happened. Wrong holiday information sent through the post. Tonight I spent 45 minutes of constant calling to get through to someone. Wish I had never booked my honeymoon here, extremely poor and unprofessional service.
