this place is a joke. never rings back or sends emails even when they say they have. try to put on the hard sell when you do speak to them. if you want this deal you have to book today. waste of time

A waste of time. Went in on the Friday, had little idea of availability and did not come back until late Saturday when the holiday company was closed so could not ccomplete.  Promised to sort me out first thing Monday and never called, so as booked the £13k holiday direct myself. Agent called Sophie, I have little understanding of what value Thomas Cook brings.

never get back to you i have sent count less e-mails with no response what so ever will never book an holiday in there again having traveled with thomas cook for many years this place lets them down big time would advise against booking there the after sales is beyond belief iam  today 24 th july 2015 currently onto head office before seeking advice from abta
