The ski resort I am travelling to is closed. Due to travel in 10 days & positive 10 degrees up until after I travel. The lifts are not running, I asked for a rescheduled date or location. Chat assistant basically said all I can do is cancel and lose 100% of my money. Didn’t offer any advise and just then ended the conversation. Other holiday providers including Balkan are refunding and/or rearranging holidays which are due to travel after my date. Poor customer service, poor conditions. Will be reporting & taking further.
Please can you reply to my emails?? I’ve been trying to contact your team for the past MONTH to amend our trip so we can pay the final balance, but nobody has replied to ANY of my emails - I am so frustrated and disappointed with the level of service from you!
The Crystal Team at the Chill Factor have been consistently knowledgeable, helpful and friendly ever since “Andy” first got the shop off the ground in what is now the sweet cabin. That’s more than 12 years ago but the staff that have followed on from him have always helped my wife and I to successfully book and change our holidays. Never more so than the past 2 years when Nicola in particular has dealt with both ourselves and a queue of people outside the shop wanting to rebook, change and get refunds for our Covid affected bookings. I have lost track of the changes we have made to our bookings but they have successfully made all the changes for us. With reference to Crystal as a company, they successfully evacuated us from Ischgl in March 2020. Two reps helped 5 coach loads leave the valley, book into an overnight hotel near Innsbruck and then get to the airport. All done at very short notice, we were given an hours notice to pack and leave our hotel in Ischgl! Needless to say we are very happy with their service and will continue to use Crystal Ski Holidays and their Chill Factor shop for our future skiing holidays.
I sent an email asking if it was possible to organise a 4 week skiing trip for next winter in obergurgl and some prices. I received a reply the following day with a couple of options so I rang them and it is now booked. Can't wait to get back on the slopes.
For many years we have been using Crystal Ski as our ski holiday operator and so far so good. Excellent experience. They are very professional, helpful when needed in the resort. Will use them in future.
Avoid! No reply to emails, on hold for hours. After 6 weeks of trying to get in touch by email and phone I get through to possibly the least helpful and rude person I've ever come across who has now put me back on hold. Embarrassingly bad service so far and still no closer to a refund.
Nothing but positive things to say about Crystal! The team was faced with a horrendous situation when the French Government announced that they would be closing all non-essential public places including ski resorts. This announcement was unfortunately made on the day that most parties arrived in their chosen resort. Crystal were absolutely fantastic, however, and arranged transport home for all within hours of the news and kept in regular contact throughout the process. The transport home was far than ideal in comparison to our comfortable flight to France, however when faced with the situation they were I couldn't have been more impressed with their communication, care and organisation. The reps were kind and caring and updated us all as often as they were able to. I was disgusted by some of the verbal abuse the reps received along the journey home when they were very clearly doing all in their power to help things run smoothly. Ultimately the team arranged a safe journey home for hundreds of people and have agreed to provide a full refund for the holiday - how anyone can complain about that and shout abuse is beyond me. Staff can be very knowledgeable for certain resorts but are inexplicably shut on a Sunday when Chillfactore is very busy eg full of potential paying customers!
Excellent customer service. Always happy to help with my enquires.
