Appalling service at Leytonstone branch this morning and an ill-mannered so called ‘manager’. Who sees no wrong for his members calling people to book an appointment with them and when they turn up they tell them that the person who arranged the appointment is not in; and oo surprise, surprise your appointment was 9:30 and what is it again??? Is this a service that one required? And he the manager is going to write a letter about me not being happy that my time and children’s morning have been ruined by an incompetent branch. Why call and waste my precious time; and have the guts to be angry at me that I am upset.

Very bad menagmed and very bad customers service, if you rely want to go to that bank I suggest try to check another branch. I get very bad experience, Whitch put me in shock for few days. I really can't understand, bank should be for customers and should do everything to get customers in as with ever customer follow his, or her money but not here. I gut clear message that they do not welcome customers, maybe they do like only those from Mindel East and Asia, so like I said, if you really want to do any business with TSB try different branches, that way you safe your self a lot of unnessesery bad experience.
