Had the WORST experience here. Rude and unprofessional staff. Really racist too! The staff there is usually Pakistani, bangladeshi or Indian and they seem to favour people from those countries only. All in all, everyone that works there are just as bad as eachother! I honestly didn't want to even give this crap of a bank any stars! They're undeserving of it!

New rearrangement has moved away physical cashier instead few more self machines are installed. Customer service was not very helpful, I remember I was misguided when I asked her to print my bank statement for a month and it was showing around 7 pages and I was told they can only print one page and if I need all pages only option is to order it which will take 6 or 7 working days. Was very unhappy went to another branch got the full months print out. What a poor and misguided service!

The wait time is too long for cashier And some staff are really unfriendly.they have no smile no welcome no good bye or good day I travel 2 miles extra to avoid this branch
