The most horrible experience every time I need their help. The staff is so slowly and not helpful at all. The time you spend in there is so long, and they get rid of you so quickly sending you to another branch or telling you to phone them. Plus they can not give you clear information why for example my card has been taken by the cash machine for 5 times in 4 months. I really don’t recommend this. My husband has an account with Barclays and is so much difference there. I will just change my account as well with them.

Very Busy branch, staff and managers doing a great job. Service is amazing as they can open account on the same day. One of the best HSBC branch I've been in. 👍
