I am having account with this bank for nearly 5 years. The bank offered whatever service I was in need of. Very easy and no Hassel. Couple of years back when my card was stolen, they guided me very well to recover it, GBP to INR transfer is very quick with competitive rates, customer care is always available... Recently I had a need to transfer money from India to UK and when I approached the Bank, they were so cooperative , did all the process so quickly. Even though there were other staffs attending other customers, Abhishek is the person who served me and it was a very good service from him. Overall the Eastham ICICI branch is very good 5 stars to them.

The bank staff members were really very cooperative and professional. Not procrastinating things unlike others. Giving detailed explanations about each and every query. Abhishek was quite reassuring and seemed promising. Really appreciate their efforts in opening our NRE/NRO account and for other facilities. Cheers
My wife went to open an NRE/NRO account and they try to misell you into opening PRO account which has min balance requirement of 2 lakhs. When asked about other options they say they have a Basic Account for students. It appears they have a Basic NRE/NRO account with combined min balance requirement of 25k only but they never seem to recommend it unless you specifically ask for it. This is outright misselling. I had to grill their executive to ask if Basic Account is only for students when they submitted students prefer it but not limited to Students and anyone can open this NRE/NRO account. Folks be aware when you visit this branch. ask the right questions
Went here to open NRE/NRO Account. It was a walk in and no prior appointment is required. Mr. DineshRelationship manager was very friendly and got the work done in 30 minutes. He explained the process and provided details accurately. Got to know that they process home loans to purchase in India, from this branch itself. You can also get Demat services from India, if you have a PAN Card. Appreciate their way of customer interaction and provision of services. I would highly recommend to visit the branch and avail the services as required.

Worst customer service. They get you to open accounts that you dont even need. I only wanted a NRE account and they opened a NRE and NRO. I tried to close my account and the headache they give to close it is a joke. They only are interested in opening accounts and not closing them. Then they make you pay fees for closing your account. Stick to a UK bank!
Very help full staff I met Mr Venkat who is very knowledgeable and helpful , UK account , NR account , my policy with icici , online access for UK and NR. All the jobs done in one visit . Thanx Venkat you can not get this type of service in UK banks , first place you need an appointment to see some one.
