i had a very bad experience about customer service as i applied a bank account online they sent me a letter to leave my id to this ilford branch and i been not served as any other place give a value to their customers they give me an appointment as head office said you can be served then and there i call head office they spoke a member of staff she refuse to head office they cant do it because this branch is different to others i live far from this branch and had a waste of journey... i call this branch 18 times in a day and no buddy bothered to answer when i reach they and ask them why they said short of staff and very busy as i believe i was the only one customer in their branch and they even can not give a value customer service very disappointing....
