Very rewarding staff at this branch had an appointment at 9 the worker made my appointment quick as well as effective and got me to work on time. A very special thanks to Gavin who made it a priority of making me have the best possible care and advice I needed. Thanks Gavin.

My favourite branch! Honestly it has one of the best customer service across the banks in East Ham! Me and my mother have had great experience and were always treated well by the professional and kind staff. Unlike NatWest or Nationwide or even Barclays who are extremely rude and racist. I've had the worst experience with NatWest and nationwide because the main receptionist or whatever are so rude and unprofessional!! Lloyds is a great bank with great staffing!

Very rude staff, especially the bank manager! My husband didn't have his passport with himself, only driving license and he wanted to take out money as he didn't remember his PIN number. Manager came and said he needs his passport to do that, now this person is a racist, my husband said he is not happy with the service. The manager asked for his bank card and brought it back cut in two pieces !!!!! He treated us bad and called me a Romanian :S came away feeling so bad... Avoid this branch as much as you can!! Needs to change staff...
