An excellent and very positive experience. I bought a ford focus in super condition, inside and out. I travelled up from Dublin, I’d known beforehand from the reviews that the place was trustworthy and also from talking to Ashley. Ashley is an absolute gentleman to deal with and helpful in every way. I’ve recommended him and Trustford to relatives and friends since my purchase.

Great service from start to finish. I had a problem with my interior light in my focus st line-x. I dealt with Colin who was very helpful and got me booked in on 20/03/24 and sorted a courtesy car. I left the car in at 9.30am and the service team found a loose wire and had the car sorted by lunchtime. I would highly recommend the team at TrustFord Craigavon. Thanks

Ashley was fantastic start to finish. He done an in-depth video of the car as requested as I couldn’t come view the car as I was from England. Really made the entire purchase of my car feel easy and stress free. Within a week of speaking to Ashley I flew across from England to test drive and purchase my 330d.

Absolutely the worst car sales and car service centre in Ireland. From inaccurate quotes, to damaging cars and then not paying for the damages, I've had nothing but trouble since day 1. First thing, when my car was serviced here for the first time, they failed to provide any service history for when I sell the car. Secondly, I had a turbo go and was sent here for repairs under warranty. I specifically asked for the dealership not to wash the vehicle as it was ceramic coated and has to be washed in a certain way to prevent damage. They washed it anyway causing damage, and then denied they had washed it and told me I was lying and never asked them to not wash the car. Also, the front bumper wasn't installed back onto the car properly, and the O2 sensor had been cut, which I had to replace myself for £170. Then when I went to sell the car back to them as I'm moving away, I was quoted £16500, which I accepted, but then a few days later found out that they had quoted me for a different car, and dropped the quote to just over 12k, causing me a great deal of frustration as I had wasted my time with them, and had other better offers near the 16k mark from other dealers, but didn't have the time to take it to them. Thankfully WeBuyAnyCar are just up the road and got sorted there. All in all would never go back, and I've even heard from other Ford dealers that they've heads nothing but negative feedback about this dealership. Stay clear at all costs and spend your well earned money elsewhere! Glad to see the back of them!

Unfortunately, the dealer only cares about his own interests and money because when I bought the car, I was promised that it would be fully serviced. On the day of collection it turned out that nothing had been done, because the next service is in 4 months, and I was given a price for which I could do it. Joke.

Big shout out to sales man Tim! He really has done his best to satisfy my every concerns and make things right.  A great reflection on the company name and happy to do business with Trust Ford Craigavon!  The car I seen was in a Trust Ford branch in Belfast, Tim moved it to Craigavon.  I wanted my dealer close to hand. Just worth knowing that for others.  Attached picture of my purchase with my daughter who is delighted too.

I found Paula very easy to work with and she explained everything so well.   She made me feel as ease straight away.   She went out of her way to get an appointment for collection to  suit me and nothing was rushed.   Paula made sure I was confident before I left the garage.    She has even made a courtesy call to see how I'm getting on.   I can't recommend Paula enough, she couldn't do enough for me

Very helpful at determining what was wrong with my GPS and keeping me informed. Needed a part they ordered and fixed it the same day. I received very courteous service, hats off to the gent who gave me every assistance.
