Got my car looked at yesterday which was all done under warranty, great service from the start to the end, was looked after by Zena and she was very professional, courteous and helpful. They even done a valet and wash. Thanks a lot. Much appreciated.

My car was booked in for oil change and inspection on Thursday 2 December at Portadown Audi. I am most impressed by the the top quality customer service. Mr Colin Morrow could not have been more helpful in explaining everything, and outlining how Audi could carry out any repairs necessary. Full marks for excellent service.
Pleasant place to visit. Staff are very helpful. Meet and greet young lady was excellent at getting you the right member of staff to deal with your needs. Sales staff very good product knowledge was excellent. We took two test drives and had a vehicle purchased before we left. The sales person Andrew was excellent no pressure sales person, who knew the Audi product and was able to demonstrate all the features of the both vehicles we test drove. On returning the next day to speak to Liam about the finance options, we were greeted again in the same pleasant way. Liam gave us a great explanation of all the payment options. Would recommend anyone buying a new or use Audi come to Portadown.

Absolutely excellent service. From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff are really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Customer service is fantastic. And the coffee is great too - better than many coffee shops! Highly recommended
