Left my Audi Q3:in for service. My appointment was managed by Aran who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the service and what the additional inspection highlighted for possible future attention. He was very attentive and  would say he certainly went beyond. Even pointed out some features in the car that we may not have been aware of , such as the benefits of my Audi , like being able to located the vehicle. Great if you can't remember where you left it in a large car park.

I came up from the south to purchase an Audi A7. I've been really happy dealing with Andrew and the team. From start to finish I've had a very helpful, friendly and professional experience. I would highly recommend Audi Portadown to everybody and I will definitely be back in the future.

I'm updating my initial review. We were asked to pay £400 on top of the car price to hold the value of our car. I had forgotten to avail.of this as my mother passed. After 2 months, we asked if we could trade in the car. This was in Jan this year. They said the trade in value was £5k less..in just 2 months. Keep in mind the car has very low mileage. Like it was 26k miles. It's 2018... A4. Lovely car. I wanted to upgrade. They wanted thousands more on top. I genuinely feel like we were offered rock bottom. The car isn't worth losing 5k over. We have no choice than to stick with it now for 4 years. Not happy.

Today and this past week we dealt with both Tiago and Liam. They were very patient with all our questions, and were very professional. The car is lovely and we are very happy. We felt like we were given all the purchase options and feel like we were treated with respect and  our custom is valued. Many thanks.

Overall great experience. Even the used car Sales manager came and gave me a hand shake before i left. I was bale to get a great deal on my audi a5, very very competirive prices!!
