I mainly dealt with Tim and Gareth, who were both very helpful in guiding me through the whole process. Any time I called with queries or questions, all the other members of staff I spoke to were just as friendly, helpful and efficient. I left with the reassurance that I could contact them if I needed any further help or if I had any questions at all. Absolutely brilliant from i first entered the showroom  until the handover we dealt with emma who is a first class sales rep she explained everything right down to the last detail and even gacmve me a courtesy call to find out how we where getting on with our new kia sportage

Very disappointed when I went car viewing. I was met by Wilson, he was friendly at the beginning but became condescending when the discussion changed to making a deal on the car I was viewing. Ended up going to Mervyn Stewart and got a great deal on a car of higher spec. I would have returned yearly for servicing but I will look elsewhere now.

On one occasion the car did throw up a fault that was covered under warranty and the knowledge of the service team not to mention their ease at booking the vehicle in and understanding my needs was exemplary.  Stephen and Darryl have always been excellent to deal with in the Service Dept and their knowledge of the range of vehicles clearly is more than that of sitting at a Desk as with some car showrooms.  They are always phenomenal to deal with and make what can be a troublesome issue of leaving your car be painless.  On several occasions I've even rang the team to ask about vehicle settings or small issues and nothing is ever a bother to Stephen and Darryl who have readily talked me through issues on the phone or if I've called in shown me my errors.  The whole team are always friendly, helpful and approachable and typifies a well run friendly family business.nnOverall, Howard Abraham car sales and service centre demonstrates a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction through the expertise and professionalism of all their team members. Their outstanding service truly sets this establishment apart and creates a welcoming and trustworthy environment for anyone in search of a new car.
