I bought a car from Charles Hurst Portadown, and on returning home after the sale, realized that the mileage in the online description was over 10,000 miles out, and that we had only been offered 6 months warranty rather than the 1 year advertised.
On contacting the dealer I was told if I didn't like it, I could return the car. This was obviously a brazen bluff, as when I said I would return the car, I got offered the full year's warranty and a free service.
I received a service right before the end of the warranty, and was told the car needed an investment of £1600, due to leaking suspension and brake disc wear and tear among other things. This is after less than 9,000 miles driving in less than a year. 
Apparently none of these repairs were covered by warranty, even though suspension is clearly highlighted as being so on the Charles Hurst website.
I emailed their customer services manager for clarification, and have had no response at all.
Totally disgusted, and wish I had returned the car. Will never deal with Hurst again.
