Took my e class coupe in for a winter check which was my first visit to Portadown Mercedes. I was very impressed by all the staff who dealt with me and was made to feel valued. On the basis of this experience I would recommend the dealership 100%.
I traveled from NE Scotland to the garage to purchase a car. I was picked up from the airport and taken to the garage to see the car and was absolutely delighted with it. The Salesman Calin was a breeze to deal with, on point with any questions i asked and very prompt in replying to emails. I was made to feel at easy as soon as i met in with Calin. Great job i hope we meet again for future purchases. 5 star experience.......

Bought a 2023 E Class Convertible for over £50k. High pressure sale with their top priority being completion and delivery before the end of the month to meet their targets. Delivered in a very poor condition with a kerbed wheel, chipped and scratched paint, and burn marks to the interior. Car was collected and two weeks later was returned repaired, but the damage was already done. Still waiting on my new V5 document NINE weeks after the sale as they didn’t have the original V5 when they sold the car, necessitating a slow postal application for a replacement. Very disappointing experience and to say I would not recommend is an understatement.
Had my car there for some warranty work. Nice people and was welcomed and looked after by Aoife .
