Had a fantastic experience at Agnew Autostore from start to finish. We dealt with Chris who was very helpful, they even arranged to lift us at the local train station when picking up our vehicle which was very handy. The pricing and standard of vehicles are excellent! All in all great experience, would highly recommend dealing with them.
Bought our new car today with Harry looking after us. Welcomed us with a smile and made the transaction for us very easy and relaxed. He is a credit to Agnew Autostore and definitely was a factor in our decision in buying the car. Friendly and well mannered young man. Thanks guys, 5 star.
Recently we bought a car from Agnew and from the time we enquired about the car, Mark was really helpful and excellent in providing best service to us. Initially he shared a detailed video of the car and then scheduled a visit and explained about that car. He also took us for a test drive. Apart from that I really appreciate his time and effort in working towards a best deal. Once we confirmed our car, he scheduled a pick up date and ensured car undergoes multi point health checks and inspections by trained technicians. He also ensured all the paperwork and the transition was very smooth. Thank you Agnew and Mark.

Excellent!!!! I cannot praise Mark Rowan enough for his management of my car purchase. From the initial telephone call to collecting my car, Mark was proactive in ensuring all tasks were completed including personalised plate transfer. Undoubtably the worst dealership in Northern Ireland. The sales representatives have the most inexcusable attitudes. Top management has a ruthless temperament when anything goes wrong with the cars they sell. Have purchased a car here before with great difficulty, will most certainly never purchase again. EDIT: It's worth noting that they said they have no record of me on their files, but when I provided them my contact information, they knew exactly what car I had purchased from them. Tried to get me to come down and get a valet from them, which I refused.
Couldn't recommend higher. Always get very anxious around exchanging my old car and buying a new car but John so helpful, lovely and genuine that the whole experience was really enjoyable! Got a really fair price for my old car and the new car was fantastic value. Did loads of research online and agnews coming in the best value for all the cars I was considering. So incredibly happy to find a car dealership that I'm comfortable and happy to go to and couldn't thank John enough for his warmth, help and humour.
Superb thanks for Stephen Prentice he was super helpful and funy. So sad because this Autostore Portadown will close down in this month
