We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time and staff were happy to store our luggage until we could check in. The room was a great size, clean and modern. I was so happy to see a king size bed rather than a queen. The food was delicious both at dinner and at breakfast. The service was great staff more than happy to help. I highly recommend.
Room was roomy bed was big. Clean tidy warm. A few maintenance jobs need doing. Not enough coffee sugar milk. For a light sleeper, not good traffic noise partner slept well. Breakfast excellent choice very good.Rooms: 4/5
Upon arrival at this good looking establishment I was excited to get a carvery inside my hungry belly. We paid at the bar a quite staggering price of over £44 for two carveries and two beverages, only a pint and a cider. Rather expensive, but we rolled with it. As we went through to the carvery area to get our food, I can only be amazed by the skill of the 'chef'. The way he managed to shave beef so thin is quite a marvel, I've lost more akin shaving. The helpings of meat were appalling. As beautifully well as it was cooked, the sheer lack of a helping is to be honest, unacceptable for the price paid. I'd urge whoever comes here in future to ensure that you've remortgaged your home if more than just yourself want feeding.

Well located pub/restaurant with a separate accommodation annex built in 2016 which as expected, is in immaculate condition. Staff very friendly with a good evening menu plus an excellent breakfast. Would stay there again if in that area.Rooms: 5/5
Came here for a breakfast with work. The pub has a warm feel to it and is a very nice place to be. The food was adequate, nice scrambled eggs but disappointed to only get 1 sausage.Service: 4/5
I was a late booking As I had engine problems on my camper . On my way home from France They were great and managed to fit for dinner which was fantastic Great breakfast Thank you You made a really stressful day relaxing x
