Had a fantastic viewing with jack, was very professional and very experienced. The property is located perfectly and in walking distance with a lot around. I was heavily impressed with how clean and tidy the property is and especially with the facilities such as the laundry room. I would highly recommend this property and also jack as somebody to view you around!!!
when I moved in the bathroom and room was heavily stained, floor lifting up no lightbulb etc. kitchen doesn’t have enough storage so ended up being overpacked and dirty, shower leakages ruined the carpet which then led to this being taken away from the deposit u get returned. I didn’t have any WiFi at all for the last three months living there, this was then up to you to contact the WiFi company which didn’t help at all and it was never fixed. Washing machines never worked plus only two washers and two dryers for a whole block and quite smelly overall and for the cost of £6000+ is shocking rlly
Worst place to live! Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Every two weeks the lift fails or the laundry fails. The property managers blame it on maintenance team and lie in the response mails. They never have an answer or help you out in emergency. There were random people living in hallways smoking and drinking and property manager did not even care to take an action. Don’t waste your money here.
The propery is amazing!!! Very well looked after , facilitys are super and the lifts are neat. I was shown around recently by a man called jack. Jack was fantastic at showing me around and came across super friendly and answered all my questions that i needed to know . The accommodation is a 5-10 walk from the university so i would highlt recommend this property:
This place is only a 10 minute walk to the university and is safe and secure. I have friends who have stayed in this building in at different points over the past 10 years and the feedback has always been great. It’s hard to find rooms with en-suite which are close to the university but also a decent price. They also have gym facilities across the road which are great! Any issues that people have had were sorted.
To call Triangle the worst accommodation ever would be an understatement. The washing machine has not worked the whole year and when it does it stops half way with your laundry. As if that is not enough, it is now up to you to follow up with circuit on issue and getting your money back. The lift has for the major but I have stayed here being out of service. At the moment it has been out of service for one month. No sense of urgency from the Parklane to repair it but they will be there to remind you to pay rent the second you don’t . PLEASE I CANNOT EMPHASISE THIS ENOUGH. AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION . Also, most showers don’t have hot water. Just luke -warm water
Certainly an OKAY place to stay. Not bad in terms of amenities for student living. Very poor communication with the property managers and a bit of a rat problem by the bins, though I never saw one inside. Will do in a budgetary pinch, but I would consider elsewhere first.
I am very happy with this accommodation. Facilities are easy to use and are all clean. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Worst Accomodation to stay. Lift and Laundry services were out of service for multiple weeks ina row. Do not waste your money here.
The room's size is too small, I also visited my friends accommodations Their room size is good.
