I bought a bat in January of this year for £254 and got it knocked for another £50 and today it cracked from the handle. Took it back and the store sent it for warranty, let’s see what happens, will keep you posted about the result soon
Just bought a new Kookaburra Kahuna. The in-store shopping experience was great. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. There are some negative ratings regarding the online shopping but the in-store shopping is top class. Got a bit of Discount as well.
Myself and my stepson always goto All Rounder for our gear, helpful staff always greet you and ask how they can help as soon as you arrive. Good stock and decent prices.
Awful customer service. Not a single message acknowledged and not a single phone call answered. Ordered batting pads which they've charged me for but sent me batting gloves which came pretty quickly to be fair. But in two weeks since the order was made I've not heard a single thing from them with regards to looking into resolving the issue and basically feel like I've been totally ripped off. Ridiculous
Was very concerned after reading some of the reviews, so sent a email via live chat, got a reply within 10mins telling me my replica shirt would be with me within a couple of days, which they were. Great service and easy to contact on live chat
If there was an option for 0 starts I would give that! I placed an order 6 weeks ago and this week I was informed that the product I ordered was out of stock, as I had to get in touch with them myself. I ordered a cap and some boots, I was assured on the phone that the Woman I spoke to was looking at my cap and it would be with me in the next week along with my boots. I then asked for a full refund for my cap which I have still not received and that my boots would be sent via express delivery. The boots that I have been waiting for 6 weeks arrived today, only to find out that they have sent me the wrong pair of boots. I am now £150 out of pocket with no sign of a refund. AWFUL SERVICE, WOULDN'T TOUCH WITH A 10FT BARGE POLE!
Ordered some whites on the 9th March and the delivery was quoted as 2-3 days. After a week I still hadn't head anything so I checked the website to see it still hadn't been dispatched, I initially sent an email to find out what was happening - no response. Fast forward to the 20th still not dispatched so I tried to call their "customer service" number - 3 hours on hold and no answer. The best part of all though is I left a comment on one of their Facebook posts asking someone to contact me and they deleted in with no response. I have no problem with companies being busy and understand delays can happen but the communication is appalling none existent. Tell me what's happening so I can make alternative arrangements!
Some good things: People in the shop are nice people. If you know what you want you can go in and get it, they have only an ok range of other stock but a good range of bats. Mostly bad: Their online service is a mess. The staff don’t seem to know what their stock is. They have things in stock that are not available. They don’t embroider anything anymore. They are happy to send you another item that’s equal to your item without asking if that’s what you want, especially before putting on initials and club badge. They absolutely cannot deal with problems.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! I have placed an order, they happily took my money but will not send me my items!! And every email I have sent them has been totally ignored! This company is a fraud.
