I Was served by Adam who was really nice and knowledgeable. He measured my feet and patiently explained what he was doing and what the results meant. I left a happy customer with a better understanding of my feet. I will be back again!
Amazing customer service. Gave me so much time. Nothing was too much or too difficult. The chap downstairs helped me with shoes and was very knowledgeable. Then spoke to Ben about Canada. Both a credit.
James was most attentive advised on several walking boot options, measured my feet in both unweighted and weighted. This identified that I may have a foot issue as they increased in size, and I've been wearing larger footwear to accommodate this. Thank you so much for all your advice I will look into insoles and visit a podiatrist and for mentioning price matching as I had visited several retailers. Great service!!
Needed a pair of comfortable shoes to stand around in all day. Walked in and found a knowledgeable chap who sorted me out. Excellent service and shoes.
Visited to buy Brooks trainers. Tried a pair that fit, but noticed the soles had obvious signs of use. The assistant said they'd only been used on their treadmill. So effectively these trainers were used / ex-display. Assistant declined to offer a discount, only offered to order a pair from the warehouse, meaning another trip into town. Declined the offer. Will shop elsewhere.
Very helpful, sized up a rucksack and other items I had little knowledge about. Always great to a cruelly go into a store these days and try equipment, see the goods.
Seems to be more interested in ridiculously overpriced fashion items than actual functional clothing for outdoor activities. Since when did a knit jumper cost £175? Is it made of gold thread?
Went with my son to buy climbing equipment. James was really helpful and explained what was available helping us get what we needed. Would highly recommend.
Terrible customer service I had to go and kept having to ask for assistance that the person obviously didn’t care.
