Very impressive service! We meticulously searched online for walking boots but the tips given by the staff Harrison I think were invaluable. Wouldn't buy outdoor gear without visiting again.

Harrison provided excellent advice, care and attention for my 80+ father in law today when looking for good walking boots. Boots bought and happily tested this afternoon - exceptional service; many thanks.
Went to have a look at camping stuff, the shop assistant was very knowledgeable, gave us lots of useful advice. We explained we were on a budget and he was honest and told us what was worth getting from Cotswolds and what wasn't. Plus YHA discount.
Had great service today arranging to replace my walking boots which have been leaking. Did not have the same in my size, so he has arranged to have them sent to me.
