I bought an electric bike at Edinburgh Bicycle Co-op in Chapel Allerton Leeds in 2020 and I’ve taken it back there for a service every 12 months. Always great service there with serviced bike available for collection same day. I’ve also bought bikes online before but prefer the more personal touch at Edinburgh Cycles. Based upon my experiences, I highly recommend them.
The sales women at Edinburgh bicycle shop leeds really helped me understand the benefits of e-bikes with different power ranges. I also appreciated that the team got in a bike from another store and set it up for me to test ride. Their knowledge and friendly service is so good.
Your friendly neighbourhood bike shop! I came in on Sunday looking for a replacement centre cap for my crank set and a BB. This was a bit of an emergency as I had a bike trip coming up and didn't have time to wait for online delivery. Andy found the cap but didn't have a BB in stock the right size. He fitted the cap and didn't charge me a penny! Even gave me advice on securing it properly when I install the cranks. Andy and his colleague were super welcoming and kind. Can't recommend enough.
Hi, got my bike out this week after 2 years.... changing back tyre I managed to mis-allign gears, so took it back to Edinburgh cycles where I bought it. The mgr Stuart got in up on the rack sorted in seconds... Great place, great service, great people....
Since seeking to become a MAMIL 3 years ago EBC have been my bike shop of choice. Helpful friendly staff, don't seek to overcharge on things that don't need doing. Got my cycle to work bike through them and they continue to service my bike and keep me on the road. Only thing I would change is I would add a bike fit service to complement the other things they do so well.
I went in because my wheelchair had a flat tyre and Jo and Tyler went out of their way to help me get it fixed. Although unfortunately they didn't have the exact inner tube in they even helped me get back home safely. They also offered to help fit the spare inner tube I had at home if I was struggling. Honestly I can't thank Edinburgh Bicycle Coop enough. Absolutely outstanding service and staff!
I had an issue with my pedals and a lack of equipment to sort it. I took it to Edinburgh Cycles in Leeds where Stu and Andy were brilliant in fixing the issue for me - seized pedals and much effort finally resulted in a set of new pedals on the bike. Absolutely recommend the store for any support or issues.
Been waiting in all day for a delivery and nothing, sent emails and no reply. Please don't buy from this company. You just get silence. I'm starting to think I'm been scammed. Iv requested to cancel my order. It's been a huge waste of time and iv even wasted a days holiday from work
The staff here are super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My bike rides like a dream now that their mechanic has worked their magic on it! Everything is well priced including workshop services! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be a regular
Had a mechanical issue whilst out - popped into store after 5pm and the team were incredibly helpful and got me moving again quickly, great service and very grateful I didn’t have to walk home!
