The employees were very attentive and helpful. Very convenient location for us visiting Cornwall. My comment is about 208 where the bathroom is a problem as the floor creeks badly and woke up my wife and the customer below when I walked in in the early morning. The floor needs looking at and some support.

Great hotel and easy to find on the main road to Truro. Bar and food service also with a McDonald's, KFC and garage/off licence next door. Rooms are clean and spacious..Maybe I was lucky with a family room just for me :) Towels, shower gel etc provided along with a fan, kettle and tv. Can't go wrong for £45 a night. Reception staff were friendly. Might be a bit of noise if your room is facing the main road but I'll be too drunk to care!

Good basic room. Clean and of acceptable standard. No hairdryer in the room but possibly could have obtained one from reception. There is a restaurant for breakfasts and evening meals. The breakfast is buffet style, reasonably priced and quite good. Meals are nice but limited range. There is a bar. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Pets are welcome.

Both my wife and myself have stayed here on a few occasions and will do so again. However on this occasion their were some room hygiene issues that caused rashes and some facial spots that had eased the day after we had got back home. I phoned this particular place 24 hrs after we had returned to inform them that the irritations had eased since our return to be told that the room will be deep cleaned for our next return. I thanked them but said surely it should be sufficiently clean for anybody at any time.

Poor standards. Hair in the bath. Dirty carpets bird poo all over the windows. Unclean. Honestly I am not the cleanest person on the planet but I felt dirty when I'm my room. Should have known better and booked with someone more local. They will give more care.
