Stayed for three nights. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a good shower. The highlight was definitely the breakfast — you can order a cooked breakfast from the menu. They also serve lunch and dinner, and the food quality is excellent. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and we would happily return.
We had the chance to dine here for Sunday Roast which was absolutely delicious and plentiful.nThere was a good choice of desserts which were varied with tasty seasonal ingredients.nThe staff were welcoming and very friendly.nWill definitely visit again when I’m in the area.
Nice location 10 mins away from Eden Project . Food available to order. Bar open if you like to just chill. Close to high street. Lovely people working there. Nice breakfast with lots of choices
We've just spent Christmas 25 here, from the 23rd until the 27th.nnThe room was lovely and we had a free upgrade as only 3 guests were staying over Christmas.nnWe ate every meal in the hotel including Christmas dinner on the 25th. Every meal was excellent, always arrived in a timely manner and was always hot. Every meal was tasty and there's plenty of choice on the menu.nnThe staff were fantastic from reception to bar staff to servers.nnThank you to all for looking after us this Christmas.
We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly especially Andrew whose customer service was exceptional. Food was very good.
