Good food, recently redecorated and looking chic. Nice array of ales, a few good reds and an OK outdoor area when he sun shines. Seagulls tend to keep away. This pub is my go to pub in Charlestown, our and above he others. It's calm, relaxed and what a harbour type pub should be. I've eaten here plenty and it's all good. My daughter loves the mussels!

Went for Sunday lunch, which was a buffet of a choice of three meats, and a very good selection of vegetables and of cause Yorkshire pudding and gravy, l had a normal size and my wife had a small, plenty for both of us, lovely helpful and smiling staff, nice, light, modern, clean, bar and restaurant, toilet also nice and clean. Any negative may be the food could of been a tad hotter, All in all though a very enjoyable meal in a very well kept public house. Oh and an excellent pint of Guinness.

This was a pleasant surprise as the location, value, and comfort were all above average. This was the best night's rest of the trip to date. The staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere in the pub was very welcoming. I will definitely be back on future visits to the area.

Lovely cosy pub. One side is an old fashioned inn and the other side is a really nice restaurant. Very reasonably priced and the food is good.

The best Sunday roast for miles and miles. Their roast potatoes always let them down... but not any more, roasted with garlic, just sublime. Their roast meats are well cooked, not overcooked and good portions with a choice of three. You need to book to get in. And the location is very pretty, what more could you want.
