What i liked about this place:n1. Receptionist. He was lovely, welcoming and helped me arrange my taxi for next day. 2. Bar & restaurant. Very comfortable and relaxing. All staff were great. Menu for my evening meal was very limited but tasted good. Breakfast had a great selection and was well worth it.nOn the downside, rooms were dated and quite dirty in places with obvious marks and stains on walls and carpet.
Carpark next door use the Horizon app and park either side of Sainsbury's, the multi storey car park is extremely tight! Barely fit in a space. The lady on the desk who I didn't get her name was lovely and friendly and gave a warm welcome. The staff in the restaurant are extremely overworked but did their best! Menu items were not available a couple of nights.
I had a really pleasant stay at the Premier Inn in Farnborough town centre. I was welcomed by Kinia, who was friendly and helpful, which made checking in nice and easy. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I had a good, quiet evening. A smooth, straightforward stay.
Internet! If you need it for anything, do not stay here! Over the course of two days using their ultimate package I was literally unable to conduct any business whatsoever ended up having to check out and stay at another local hotel. The room was fine. The practice was good. I got the dinner package and that was OK also but the Internet was unacceptably useless!
I stay here regularly, all the staff are friendly, helpful, professional, supportive and welcoming. Met Charlotte last night after my company had an issue making a booking, she was sympathetic and understanding of my situation. I ended up paying myself for 1 night and explained that my company would pay for the following night. She made sure I had the same room for both. It’s the simple things that make all the difference. Thank you.
