The hotel is clean and tidy but had several issues while staying here. Pros Nice view from the room Very clean Polite staff Cons I was charged £50 per night security without being told. Power cut out for 1 hour on last night Had salmon on second night (£16+) and it was very poor portion size and very salty. Not hot water on last morning.

Room was spotless. Good size too! The service at the zafari bar and grill was excellent and the food was spot on

Good family room. Well laid out for kids and adults to share with the some privacy for both. It was a good size. The food was nice but very busy. Book early to get an early slot. Breakfast was fine. Good choice and a good time slot. I'd recommend this hotel of season to stay outside London but travel in to the capital.

Beautiful room but didn't have requested cot. nice view but no zebra of giraffe as was told. Breakfast nice but minimal vegetarian options.Temple restaurant was disappointing with no vegetarian options, especially on the children's counter.

Great hotel with access to nice walk round small zoo area. Nice spa with jacuzzi and steam room
