Arrived tonight at 915pm to a very welcoming lady at the front desk who was very informative telling us where the local pub and restaurants are. She also gave us specific directions to our room. When my daughter laid in her foldaway bed it was very uncomfortable as the springs were on show. This was the only downfall. However we asked at reception if we could have an extra duvet to have some padding for the single bed to which the lady immediately got for us and brought it to our room apologisi g for the trouble. Service is excellent in my opinion and the room was just what we needed and was clean and tidy.

Clean with all the essentials including tea and coffee in the room. You also get 20% off a Burger king across the road. Alternatively you can pop over the slip road to the local pub. We all had a great night's sleep with no issues.

Bit noisy, carpark is in a slightly silly location, could do with a few more signs. Room was clean, and had a nice sized bed. However limited features in this hotel, i.e. No HD screen, no microwave, no iron or ironing board, no hairdryer etc.

Be careful with the parking stayed 2 days but receptionist only put 1 day incurring fine for car park difficult as was a hire car therefore had admin fee however travelodge did sort it out

The bed was comfortable and a tv was in the room. The shower and bath were very clean. The only let down was that it was snowy and Icey. The car-park was on a slope and it made it almost impossible to leave. The two very nice and helpful young ladies did all they could to help by putting items under my wheels. Unfortunately that didn't work, so one of them went to make me and my wife a coffee (that was outside her duties) but I had managed to manoeuvre a little to get a run up the hill. I couldn't stop without getting stuck again, so I would like to thank the two wonderful ladies for their great help. Unfortunately I don't know their names to thank them personally. The young lady that was working the previous evening was also very good. She found us a room on speck as we just turned up. I went down to reception and had a little chat with her as she was so pleasant. Terry.
