They sent us their Christmas catalogue in September, my children picked things from the catalogue and apparently they dont stock what they have in the catalogue. We have rang every week since September to find out and nothing is in stock so now santa is going to end up disappointing my children because they dont understand
Lots of choice and a real treasure trove for toys big and small. Large selection from big name brands like LEGO, Playmobile, Brittons etc here in. Great range of toys for children of all ages. Extensive range of jigsaws and games too. Great to still have a proper toyshop to experience bringing your kids to and not have to rely on the internet. Friendly helpful staff.
Called for multiple items in the catalog that came out in the post, none of them had been delivered to the store yet. Good range and fair prices otherwise, just a wasted journey

Good store,shame about 1 or 2 staff that make you feel like your kids are trespassing,,,kids lift toys and try things...its part of working in a toys store,2 items were lifted off my kids and said "ill fix that for you" and put it back! Ill get it online thanks....you think you would value ever last potential customer
Male member of staff extremely rude lifted down a bike to see if it was suitable for my son and he gave us a look of disgust and muttered something. We didn't buy the bike went to Smyths instead where there is NO issue checking if bike is suitable. Won't be back to this particular shop
Been around a long time in cookstown, i remember buying toys from here when i was a kid and still buying toys now for my own kids, great selection, pleasent staff and store is always clean and tidy.
Supportive staff... Excellent service

Quite pricey but not ridiculously so. Great selection and if i need a gift for a young relative, a dander round here leads to inspiration.
