Terribly rude staff, especially one lady in particular. She really doesn’t know how to speak to people or seem to have any manners. Shouting at people in store isn’t acceptable - I think a refresher course on customer service is needed!! I was disgusted by her attitude and left all of my items down and left the store. There really is no excuse for being rude.
Had to go here as my local Antrim branch was out of stock and not will to get the lawnmower brought in.
Always easy to order and pick up.
