When I purchased my bike for my son on 1 June 2024 the guy who served me was lovely and really helpful. But when I went into to collect the bike on 9June 2024 the girl who served me was really rude and her colleague that helped her was really rude also. She went into the back to get my bike she came back to get my receipt. I said to her that the bike should be built and she rudely said to me it will be.nnHer colleague and her went back into the back and they dragged the bike out. I will never want to be served by these two girls ever again. They need to be more professional.
Service was great, person was happy, polite, very knowledgeable,will definitely be back.

I went into the cookstown, co tyrone store today to purchase motorcycle oil..nnI got the exact oil i was after which i had trouble getting in other places..nnWhile there I got talking to a lady majella who informed me that they actually do car check overs..nnShe also pointed our to me that they stock the oil filter removal tools which I purchased nnI had no idea they offered that servicennSo I said I'd love to get the check over for peace of mind..nnI have to say I found this young lady extremely helpful and a good representation of the company overall!nnCan't recommend the service I received enough
