I visited recently to discuss buying a bike through the Cycle to Work scheme, and the staff were brilliant on both occasions. On my second visit to purchase the bike, Kian I hope I’ve spelt that right couldn't have been more helpful. He was obviously knowledgeable about the bicycles themselves, but also extremely helpful overall.nI was genuinely impressed with the level of customer service; I even received a phone call ahead of time to say the bike was ready. I was delighted with the bike when I picked it up—a very positive experience all-round!

Great service as always at Halfords. Can just drop in and get minor car issues sorted lights/ keys/ windscreens. Staff must have extensive training as they are exceptionally knowledgeable.

I ordered a motorcycle battery and paid on line to be delivered to a nearby store. The indication was that it would be delivered in 7 total days.nDespite checking the tracking on 2 occasions and dealing with CS team and going to the store there was no sign of the battery. It arrived at the store on the 14th day. The battery is fine but I wasn’t at all impressed with lack of information or the transit time

Cain was such an amazing guy. He fitted a bulb for my car and was such a genuine gentleman. He went above and beyond, making sure all bulbs in car were working. Thanks.

As always Halfords had dependable products on offer which allowed us to purchase there and then. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you know how to use and fit their products.
