I ordered a motorcycle battery and paid on line to be delivered to a nearby store. The indication was that it would be delivered in 7 total days.nDespite checking the tracking on 2 occasions and dealing with CS team and going to the store there was no sign of the battery. It arrived at the store on the 14th day. The battery is fine but I wasn’t at all impressed with lack of information or the transit time

As always Halfords had dependable products on offer which allowed us to purchase there and then. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you know how to use and fit their products.

Went to Halfords in Cookstown and I have to say the American fella called Derek is the main man. Top class service he was very helpful and really down to earth person. I believe Derek should get a raise of at least 12%.

Cain was such an amazing guy. He fitted a bulb for my car and was such a genuine gentleman. He went above and beyond, making sure all bulbs in car were working. Thanks.

Staff were fair enough only doing their job. However staff not allowed to do a home delivery order for a customer???? Home delivery also has a weight limit or that is what is assumed by staff.
