Worst next. Ballymena 1000x better a shop with nicer staff. Open for browing Sunday at 12.30. Couldn't buy until 1pm so at 12.55 I asked could I go and take my son to toilet. 10 minutes later came back to be told all had been put back. When I asked her why no answer and not a please or thank you! Or a sorry for their mistake.
Very impressed when I hesitantly asked to return a dress I’d bought a couple of months ago without a receipt. Louise the lovely shop assistant without hesitation informed me that I could exchange it no problem, which I was very relieved about. Lovely experience..very satisfied
I was in Cookstown store.nThere was no staff upstairs in the men's department 3 down stairs in the women and children's department. Are they saying woman customers are more important than their male customers?nI've been to every store in Northern Ireland and i would say Cookstown is by far the worse store. i won’t be back and I’ll be telling anyone who asks what I think of the store. I'm not the only person how has had a bad experience of the store numerus people have said not to go into the store it’s a horrible place to shop.
