My mum in law had a very unpleasant experience at checkout on Friday 7th Feb..assistant was quite rude, certainly not the standards that one would expect from M&S & she was genuinely annoyed

Yummy, just a little overpriced though.

I had a very unpleasant shopping experience here today when I walked in not knowing which direction to go but it was the wrong one and I was told to go back out of the shop and come in the opposite direction.Inside the store was very busy and we gave up trying to look at some products.waiting at the till I had two customers standing over me waiting for me to pack my shopping. I spoke to the manager who really wasn’t bothered and said they couldn’t force people to comply with the rules. I would advise anyone with health issues not to shop here it really is not safe or pleasant.

I be in m & s cookstown every week with my mum , extremely disappointed that they have closed the toilet / disabled toilet for good , will have to reconsider as my mum needs to have access to a toilet , will be shopping in Tesco from now on
