Has to be the worst argos in the UK. Staff seem clueless. Run around like headless chickens. They don’t update when orders can be collected. One woman spent ages talking to a man who had collected his item but just wanted to shoot the breeze. Took 25 minutes of sitting to get an ink cartridge. Never use them again. I’ll go to Tesco

Ordered some weights and the fella who brought them out wheeled them straight out to my car.  Top notch service!

Visited Argos Cookstown today as I was having problems with a car seat I had bought there.The customer service I received was excellent! My issue was dealt with by Patricia.She was friendly efficient and extremely patient. Best of all she managed to fix the car seat. Well done!

A lot less efficient and slower than they used to be, also more aggressive. had staff snatch a receipt out of my hand, then when I asked to leave feedback about this a man came out from behind the counter and started to square up to me, to the point I had to ask him to step back.nnI left the store quickly with my item then as this member of staff took to following me in an aggressive stance until I did.nnAll in all I am sorry to see argos fallen so far.

Great to deal with, if I ever had to return anything faulty,  refunds and exchanges given. Treat customers good
