Visited Argos Cookstown today as I was having problems with a car seat I had bought there.The customer service I received was excellent! My issue was dealt with by Patricia.She was friendly efficient and extremely patient. Best of all she managed to fix the car seat. Well done!

A lot less efficient and slower than they used to be, also more aggressive. had staff snatch a receipt out of my hand, then when I asked to leave feedback about this a man came out from behind the counter and started to square up to me, to the point I had to ask him to step back.nnI left the store quickly with my item then as this member of staff took to following me in an aggressive stance until I did.nnAll in all I am sorry to see argos fallen so far.
Checked on Google and said the store in Cookstown closed at 9pm .Drove a 20mls round trip find the shutters half down and door locked 8.32pm.checking online it said closing shortly .I would have thought a store like argos would have correct information on their website .very poor comunication.
A brilliant place to shop, staff are so helpful, items are returnable if you not happy. We love this store .
