Total Fitness Oldham is a fantastic gym for anyone looking for a great workout experience in a classic setting. Unlike many other gyms, it doesn't get overly crowded, allowing for a more comfortable and enjoyable workout. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making every visit a pleasure. Best gym in Oldham! Friendliest staff who are always ready to help! I recently joined and asked if there’s somewhere I can hang up some Olympic rings, the owner has been super helpful and accommodating! Usually taboo in weight lifting gyms not to mention a sauna and an occasional visit from the sweetest dog! Never overly busy, cannot stress enough how good this gym is!!
Brilliant gym, great atmosphere and staff are really friendly. Very cost effective too in comparison to other gyms. Opening hours are superb also.
Don't be fooled by apperances. This is a proper old school gym, how real gyms should be. Think Rocky Balboa style, rather than Ivan Drako. [ROCKY 4] OK a few of the cardio machines need replacing, but there is always one next to it that works fine. There is a full range of weight-lifting equipment in here to keep anyone busy. There is a boxing room with punch bags and speedballs. There is even farmers walk type equipment and a push-sled on a runway, that you can load up to your hearts content. You won"t see that in every gym. Its a large space, which has a separate gym room dedicated just for ladies only. I've been taking my son here for 9 months now and every week we try an additional piece of kit. I'd suggest a few extra dumbells in the lighter weight range for the younger newcomers, but its a £5 to train, pay as you go, no contract, unless you want to commit to a longer term. Its a friendly place too where people are happy to help and share knowledge. It certainly gets my vote of approval.
Equipment needs a really good clean. Most of Cardio machines there isn't many and some of the weight machines are "Out of Order" and have been for some time. Lots of out dated, rusty, dust filled equipment. Members aren't told about dropping weights and putting dumb bells back on the racking. Trip hazards with the mats and stairs leading upto the gym. Some of the punch bags in the Boxing Room have blood on them or what appears to be, wasn't risking it to check properly. Young lad that works there always on his phone, looks miserable and not very helpful. Gym looks scruffy and not maintained. This is just written from my personal opinion and experience.

Fantastic gym, Fantastic manager. They go out their way to make the customer happy. Been to pretty much all gyms in Oldham, personally for me this is the best!
Absolutely amazing gym best one i have been to equipment are old school and staff are brilliant I would advise anyone to go.
