Anyone that comes to this gym will get a warm welcome!! If your local and need a gym this is perfect. It's not the biggest but has everything you need. And only a 5er for a single session to. A must see if you ask me
Great gym. Best gym in the rochdale area. Reasonably priced and the staff are sound.
Proper gym with old school cast iron weights. Very friendly staff and lots of machines to use. Lots of mixed ages attend so a wide variety of people to help with advice if needed. Would definitely recommend going there.
Good gym with proper iron weights, friendly staff and member's. Plenty choice of pre workouts, protein shakes/bar's and drinks. Will go again
