Been training since November 2022 and I have seen massive improvements in my mobility, stamina and overall health - along with dropping just over 3 stone in weight. Damian is a great personal trainer and has great training facilities. Damian puts his all into making a better version of yourself and gives you the motivation to push yourself to the limits. He facilitates to your needs and has specialised programs for anyone that wants to go through army or police training. Passed my police fitness test thanks to Damian! Really friendly atmosphere - Damian will definitely make you feel part of the family. Recommend 1000%

I have been training with Damian for over 3 years now. He is a great personal trainer. His knowledge of nutrition and exercise is second to none.  The studio is a great place to train, it's not as daunting as a gym and you can really work along at your own pace. I have seen some fantastic results during my time with him.  I would not hesitate to recommend him as a Personal Trainer.

I started with Damian July 2022 and have never looked back. Not only have I lost weight but my body shape has completely changed and is now toned and defined. I'm 53 and enjoy my weekly sessions with Damian as he pushes and encourages me throughout. In addition to the weight loss, he also offers sound advice on nutrition which has been really helpful. I would highly recommend Damian as the sessions are fun and I feel so much better in myself and much more confident!

I have been going to Damien's gym for about 18 months and I'm really pleased with my results. Damien and his family are really awesome and have offered me a lot of support and advice to achieve the results i was looking for. Damien is a really friendly local guy who has extensive knowledge in nutrition, physical health and applies this to person specific training. When I started at the gym, I was over weight and not very healthy. Damien clerked me in, doing ny weight and physical observations. We discussed our personal training plan and over time this has been tailored to my needs. The facilities are great and Damien was really helpful in inducting me. Over the last 18 months I have managed to lose around 2 stone and I feel incredibly healthier. Damien is definitely a great motivator and I think if I'd gone to another gym I probably wouldn't have had the same support. I strongly recommend this gym, Damien is areal inspiration and a good mate

Called Damian mid October last year as myself and the Mrs wanted to change our health/lifestyle around. From the moment we met him and start on our little journey,he has been nothing short of brilliant. Damian is very enthusiastic and passionate in what he does,as well as extremely knowledgeable about the science behind it all,and it feeds of to you,so it feels easier to commit to what he suggests you do when not at the Gym. We even take our son and Damien has helped him get in better shape aswell as being great with him. We have now both lost over 23lbs and only a few pounds short of goal weight. We can’t thank you enough for your help Damian,and both feel your not only our trainer but a friend aswell.

I went to Damian as I needed to lose quite a bit of weight and from the moment I met him, I felt in safe hands.  I have now been coming approx 2 months and so far have lost 7lbs!  I feel inspired, I love my training sessions, I feel motivated to do this and my fitness has improved massively. I started training with Damian in November 2022. I felt like I was in a rut and wanted to make changes to my workouts. Five months on I’m over a stone down and motivated to continue to my goal. Damian gives honest, straight talking yet supportive guidance. He’s tailored my workouts to strengthen my weakest areas and take account of injuries to improve overall mobility. The gym is relaxed and friendly with flexible options to get you on the right track. A great training partner to help you make the changes you want!

I went to Damian needing to loose weight and get fitter, his patience and knowledge is second to none. Damian and his family have become firm friends. Great place to go and get you time, loose weight and to meet like minded people.

Excellent studio. Very professional and personalised training programmes. Damian is professional, experienced and flexible as well as being positive. Would recommend to anyone wanted to get fitter.
