Never again. Adriano served me today as a cashier at 15.41. I never experienced that kind of awful customer service in my entire life. I never complained anyone on google but this lady cut my gift card because it was not active she informed. She refused to give me back my card. She said that it was their policy to cut inactive card. I spoke to customer service and they said that this is not out policy. This is multimillion pound company. Please more training and improve you hr department to employ right staff H&m.

Lovely store. Had best customer service across all H&M stores. Got an amazing dress which I will wear on my anniversary and o gosh, it was half price £20 only. Lady in changing room was very helpful and zipped me up. Thank you so much

Not a good range of clothing. For example it was impossible to find straight leg or relaxed jeans for men when I went in with my boyfriend. There are more than one type of jean, H&M.

It's always been my favourite. Genuine  discounts and great prices. Have to wait long to get a staff to help you so one star down
