Best Gym I have ever used. I have felt welcome from the start with friendly, helpful staff. Great facilities and location. Since joining I have joined more out of gym classes through meeting one of the staff, and had personal trainer session here. Highly recommended.
Overall decent gym and lovely staff but not the best customer service on first entering. I visited on Thursday morning and purchased a one day pass, and asked the staff member behind the desk if I may have a quick guide around given this was my first time using this gym, was told this is not given because I am on a one day pass just wanted someone to show me where things were located and how to adjust the machines. Upon me looking surprised they then did proceed to give me a very brief tour. Also had no idea where the cleaning materials/ cloths were kept, as I was not told so just had to work it out myself. General vibe just felt like the staff member wanted to return to the conversation they were having and I felt like I was disturbing them. I am a gym go-er elsewhere so generally know how gyms work but if it was my first time I would have been quite disheartened/confused. Don’t like to complain about anything but that sparked me as not good customer service. Other than that no complaints, a decent gym, and other staff were very helpful, including one who was off duty who went out of his way to help/ demonstrate when he could see I was having trouble adjusting a machine.
Dirty, does anyone clean the machines. All runners have loads of dust, hair particles. GYM Group staff always cleaning their machines hourly. Even arriving at 0700am, dirty! Online booking tool easy to use, you book 10 mins before your slot where there is only 2 other members booked. Only to arrive where its packed. Sort the cleaning out, and your booking system.
Friendly staff and members, clean and well maintained equipment and a good variety for its size. Well lit, and air conditioned. Clean toilets and changing facilities. Would recommend.
I used this gym twice only because the gym is incredibly small and lacking enough equipment for the number of people who go… due to the crowds of people fighting over machines i stopped going cancelled my direct debit then i wake up this morning saying my account is in arrears and now have to pay £75 to buy myself out a contract… joke
cancelled after unfriendly customer service that does not seem to care to meet all costumer needs. Recent changes seem to be focus on machinery and body weights and place looks cramped. I had no response to complaints.
Friendly staff, got all the equipment I need and I had a great personal training session that helped me get back on track. Had loads of complements on how slim and trim I am looking! :D
Local, clean, friendly, well equipped free weights, floor area with mats, Concept-2 rowers and plenty of online strength and cardio machines with excellent online workout logging and booking systems. Stonking value right now. You book by the hour, up to two hours per day, and you can pick a quiet slot, though there's a better vibe when it's a bit busier. Max occupancy: 20 per session Great background music! I'll have been 18 times this August - recommended!
Great gym, friendly people all around
terrible customer service, terrible hours. perch gym is much better and has better hours too!.
