Gym is nice and has lots of equipment. It does get quite buys at peak times and sometimes is difficult to find a spot to work out or free machines but outside peak times is really nice. Don't like the studio classes find the routines quite disorganised with no coherence. They have a sauna and showers.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a really positive atmosphere for people of all fitness levels. There's a variety of classes available, and lots of equipment at the main centre. Great value.
