STRENGTH
10500 SQ foot of star trac strengthening equipment, with designated areas including 13 benches, five power cages, one smith machine, six chest racks, four cross cables and more.

CARDIOVASCULAR
We offer designated cardio area with eight running machines, two cross trainers and four stair mill and four rowing machines.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Our indoor functional training area includes battle ropes, prowler, medicine balls, kettle bells, ski machines, farmers walk, bosu, climbing rope, crash mats and calisthenics bar park equip for parkour.

COMBAT
We offer classes for all skills and abilities with the best trainers in the UK. Our gym includes inter-pro boxing ring and grappling area, boxing bags, speedball and all of the latest boxing equipment.

CLASSES
We have developed a class timetable that is unique to our facilities, high impact and breaking boundaries in sport and fitness. We aim to give you the most modern and up to date classes which guarantee weight loss, toning, speed, agility, balance, flexibility, endurance and most of all FUN!
