Training with Rick is amazing and I could not recommend him any more highly. I started the year overweight, knackered, stiff and feeling every year and more of my age 47! I am now heading to the end of year feeling strong, healthy, full of energy and much much much younger again! In short I feel absolutely great thanks to Rick! I’ve tried going to the gym without guidance in the past, but usually put my back out within a month or two and end up worse off than when I started. Rick has systematically made me stronger in my core, and we’ve built everything up in an order that has had me training for about 9 months now without any injuries or problems. The workouts are interesting and varied and I always come away from the gym feeling energised and stronger! Rick gives perfect guidance. He is super knowledgeable, and always brings new ideas to the workouts. He really explains the form on all exercises so I always know I am doing them right. Rick also maintains a perfect balance between pushing me to work harder and not pushing too hard or unrealistically. An unexpected bonus for me is that I actually enjoy our sessions. They never feel like a chore or a burden. I turn up, we have a laugh, we get some targeted work done and I go about the rest of my week feeling great. Well maybe some recovery pains here and there, but I know this is my Muscles getting stronger ; . All in all I look forward to my sessions with Rick and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Five stars isn’t enough for me, wish I could award extra on top!!!
My partner and I have been training with Rick for 3 months now and he is excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and he pushes you hard enough to get results. Also, the sessions are really fun which is not a word I normally associate with exercise!.

A seasoned PT who knows what he's doing! Rick pushes you from the start, but only to the extent he knows you are able to handle it. Always a challenge and a pleasure to work with him. Each session is an achievement. Highly recommend!
Rick is the most patient, informative and motivational PT I have ever trained with! He explains everything we’re doing clearly, the benefits and the importance of getting our form right. Each session is different and tailored to the body areas you want to focus on. Every week is more challenging than the last and as a result I have seen better results in my body, my strength but also my wellbeing far beyond any other training I have ever done! The exercises are fun and challenging and I love the tracking of PB’s which keeps me motivated and determined! Thank you Rick for always pushing, encouraging and believing in me! You are the best of the best!
