South Coast Gym has everything you need for both fitness and strength training with an extensively equiped free weights and machine room on the ground floor and cardio, warm up and boxing on the first floor. The staff are all friendly and approachable and the membership options are reasonable. Having trained at many gyms for over 20 years I can confidently recommend the facility as one of the best I have used.

This is a fantastic gym. They have a great setup and  friendly staff & members.
The equipment is very good and, having tried most, it's easily the best gym in the area.
